Where are the 5PM items manufactured?
All our shoes and bags are designed in the Netherlands. Production takes place at carefully selected factories in India, where craftsmanship and quality come first.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders over €75.
When will I receive my order?
If you order before 5PM (CET) on a business day, we’ll ship it the same day. Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 1 working day. For other countries, standard delivery times apply and will be shown at checkout.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, iDEAL and Apple Pay. All payments are securely processed.
How do I return my order?
You have 14 days to return your item. Just follow the instructions in the return section on our website. Your item must be unworn and in its original packaging.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, we prepare it quickly. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. If it’s already shipped, a return is still possible.
