What size should I choose?

Most styles fit true to size. If a style runs small or large, we’ll mention it clearly on the product page under “Size & Fit.” Need help choosing? Check out our Size Guide for detailed measurements and tips. Still unsure? Feel free to contact us for personal advice.

Where are the 5PM items manufactured?

All our shoes and bags are designed in the Netherlands. Production takes place at carefully selected factories in India, where craftsmanship and quality come first.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders over €75.

When will I receive my order?

If you order before 5PM (CET) on a business day, we’ll ship it the same day. Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 1 working day. For other countries, standard delivery times apply and will be shown at checkout.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, iDEAL and Apple Pay. All payments are securely processed.

How do I return my order?

You have 14 days to return your item. Just follow the instructions in the return section on our website. Your item must be unworn and in its original packaging.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed, we prepare it quickly. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. If it’s already shipped, a return is still possible.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to countries within Europe. During checkout, you can see if your country is available and what the shipping costs are. Are you outside of Europe and want to order? Send us a mail seeyou@5pmfootwear.com

My item is damaged or incorrect, what should I do?

We’re sorry! Please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.
